SCOPE:
To conduct a hands-on, real time simulation activity to develop corporate resilience, understanding and self-assessment on SIRE 2.0 library questionnaire, self-analysis & review of gaps during a real time mock office inspection table top drill where trainers will assume the role of SIRE Inspectors and Trainees will assume their office roles as those being inspected. A key sampling of questions, understanding of Company’s ISM SMS, discussion of sample findings and how to accurately address them will be examined during this interactive workshop in order to strengthen confidence and trust in SIRE 2.0 program.
