To provide training regarding the role and responsibilities of the ship superintendent,
specific International Maritime Requirements (ISPS, ISM, MARPOL etc.), understanding
& valuating different commercial aspects that affect the day-to-day activities of the
superintendent, human element skills & communication styles necessary to successfully
undertake this role.
