SCOPE:
To provide adequate knowledge, guidance and skills on Best Management Practices Version 5 (BMP5), in avoiding piracy attacks. To familiarize the participants with the measures that should be taken by the Masters and the ship’s operators for the ship security. Techniques how to survive piracy, self protection measures, actions to be taken to prevent acts of Piracy and Armed Robbery. Demonstration of all anti Piracy protocols on full mission Bridge Simulator.
