To increase awareness on the important insights into carriage of dry bulk cargoes, hazards and risks, vessel’s fitness, cargo care and claims based RISQ3 Sections 8A, 8B & 8C. Course is supplemented with extensive practical exercises on Cargo Handling Simulator (Bulk Carrier Vessel Mode).
