SCOPE:
To train company’s personnel in assessing, by the use of VDR recordings, the Bridge teams &/or individual OOW implemented safety cultured and procedures learned and trained during the BRM courses, the SMS/FIM provisios are strictly followed during navigation in open sea, coastal waters, narrow passages, heavy weather, restricted visability etc, the communication between Bridge team members commit errors due to fatigue, stress or lack of skills and the communication with pilots is required as per SMS, effective and efficient.
