SCOPE:
The course is intended for Masters & Deck Officers engaged in Single Point Mooring (SPM) operation. It provides theoretical and practical training on the operation and safe approach of Single Point Mooring buoys. Istruction covers review of ship handling
principles and SPM operational procedures as recommended by OCIMF, while practical training consists of extensive Bridge Simulator exercises.
