SCOPE:
To promote the compliance of a safety culture among shore & seagoing staff and provide understanding and rational of behavioral unsafe acts by aiming to: hammer down the horror of accidents; appreciate the consequence of lawlessness; review why seafarers behave unsafely; justify the regulatory framework of safety procedures; promote momentum-preservation measures: repeated training, propaganda (videos, on-board presentations, etc), and provide understanding towards the development of a safety culture onboard and ashore.
