SCOPE:
To perform subjective competence assessment and evaluation based on Officer’s demonstrated technical proficiency criteria and soft skills capabilities. The assessment can be conducted with or without relevant training courses and is suitable for vessel pre joining and rank promotion. Minimum 3-5 trainees Officers.
